SAMS User Guide

Learn how to use SAMS to manage your organization's application subscriptions and settings.

Welcome to SAMS! This guide will help you navigate the platform, manage your organization, and make the most of your application subscriptions.

What is SAMS?

SAMS is a platform that helps you:

  • Subscribe to Applications: Browse and subscribe to applications your organization needs
  • Manage Your Team: Invite colleagues and manage organization membership
  • Track Subscriptions: Monitor your active subscriptions and usage
  • Manage Billing: Handle payments and subscription billing for your organization

When you log in, you'll see these main sections:

Dashboard

Your home page showing all applications your organization has subscribed to. This is where you'll spend most of your time accessing your tools.

Marketplace

Browse available applications and subscribe to new ones. Each application shows pricing plans and features to help you choose the right subscription.

Organization Switcher

If you belong to multiple organizations, use the dropdown in the top navigation to switch between them. Each organization has its own subscriptions and settings.

User Menu

Click your profile picture to access:

  • Account Settings - Manage your personal profile and preferences
  • Documentation - Access this help documentation
  • Sign Out - Log out of your account

Your Role in Organizations

Organization Member

As a member, you can:

  • Access all applications your organization has subscribed to
  • View organization details and member list
  • Use shared resources and features
  • Update your personal account settings

Organization Admin

As an admin, you have additional permissions to:

  • Invite and remove team members
  • Subscribe to new applications or cancel subscriptions
  • Manage billing and payment methods
  • Update organization settings and information
