End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

By using SAMS (Secure Account Management System) ("the Software"), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with these terms. This license is personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

Use the Software for its intended business purposes
Access and use all features included in your subscription plan
Create and manage security frameworks and assessments

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the Software to violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, and code, are the exclusive property of SAMS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

SAMS (Secure Account Management System) is a security framework platform that provides tools for managing security assessments, compliance tracking, and organizational security posture management.

3. User Accounts

Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Payment and Billing

Subscriptions: Services are provided on a subscription basis with recurring billing. Payments: All fees are due in advance and non-refundable except as required by law. Changes: We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by SAMS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SAMS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SAMS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
