Organization Owner Guide
A guide for organization owners on high-level management.
Welcome to the Organization Owner Guide. As an owner, you hold the highest level of authority within your organization.
Your Role
You and your Administrators share most of the same capabilities to manage the organization effectively. You can both manage billing, subscriptions, and team settings.
However, as an Owner, you have specific responsibilities regarding team leadership:
- Protected Status: Administrators cannot remove you from the organization or change your role.
Owner vs. Admin
- Owners: Cannot be removed or demoted by Admins. Can delete or transfer the organization.
- Admins: Have full management capabilities (billing, settings, invites, promoting members) but cannot act against the Owner.
