Learn how to manage application subscriptions and plans.
As an Organization Admin, you are responsible for managing your organization's subscriptions to applications.
Subscribing to Applications
Starting a Free Trial
- Choose an Application: Click "Start Free Trial" (if available)
- Select Plan: Choose which tier you want to try
- Confirm: The trial starts immediately
- Use It: You have 14 days to test all features
- Decide: Cancel before the trial ends or let it convert to a paid subscription
Direct Subscription
- Choose Plan: Select the subscription tier that fits your needs
- Review Cost: Check the monthly or annual pricing
- Complete Purchase: Enter payment information (if not already set up)
- Access: The application becomes available immediately
Managing Your Subscriptions
Viewing Active Subscriptions
Organization admins can see all subscriptions by going to:
- Applications section in your organization
- View subscription details including plan, cost, and usage
- Monitor usage against your plan limits
Changing Plans
Upgrading:
- More features available immediately
- Billing adjusts for the remaining period
- No interruption to service
Downgrading:
- Changes usually take effect at your next billing cycle
- You'll receive notice before features are removed
- Data may be archived according to the new plan limits
Canceling:
- Cancel anytime before your next billing date
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Data handling depends on the application's policy
Common Questions
Who can subscribe to applications?
Only organization admins can subscribe to new applications or change existing subscriptions. Members can use applications but can't modify subscriptions.
Can I change plans anytime?
Admins can upgrade plans immediately. Downgrades usually take effect at the next billing cycle to avoid service interruption.
What if I need help with an application?

- Billing issues: Organization admins can manage billing through SAMS
