Advanced Settings

Managing organization lifecycle and critical settings.

This section covers critical actions that are typically reserved for Organization Owners.

General Settings

You can update your organization's basic information at any time:

  • Organization Name: The display name visible to all members.
  • Logo: Upload a company logo to brand your workspace.
  • Contact Email: The primary email for billing and administrative notifications.

Danger Zone

The following actions are irreversible and should be performed with caution.

Deleting an Organization

If you no longer need your organization, you can delete it permanently.

Warning: Deleting an organization will:

  • Remove all members from the organization
  • Cancel all active subscriptions immediately
  • Delete all data associated with the organization
  • Cannot be undone

To delete:

  1. Go to Settings > General
  2. Scroll to the "Danger Zone"
  3. Click Delete Organization
  4. Confirm by entering your password

Transferring Ownership (Coming Soon)

Currently, ownership transfer must be handled by support. If you need to transfer ownership to another member:

  1. Ensure the new owner is already an Admin in the organization
  2. Contact support with the details of the transfer
